Vegan Vegetarian

Im a 24 year old Vegetarian who is Gluten sensitive and lactose intolerant.






Vegan.Vegans dont eat anything that comes from animals,
so no egs no milk or honey.
Most vegans also avoid the use of all products tested on animals, as well as animal-derived non-food products, such as leather, fur and wool.




Vegetarian.Vegetarians dont eat meat or fish.
But there is so many different types of vegetarians
some eat eggs, some eat fish. i dont judge what is a real vegetarian or not.

Ive made these really delicious sugar free sweets for christmas, I must say they taste amazing and I can know eat a few without feeling guilty at all, why should Christmas not be a bit healthy too.



ingredients.

Homemade sugar free marzipan or buy sugar free marzipan.

150g almonds
50g unsalted pistachios
2spoons agavehonning

Remove skin from the almonds and blend all the ingredients to a solid mass and put in the fridge for a few hours.

Red food coloring (use a natural one without additives)
Raspberry flavor (use a natural one without additives)
Dark sugar free chocolate (over 65% cocoa)
Freeze-dried raspberries.


Procedure.

Melt the dark chocolate over a boiling water bath.

Mix marzipan with red food coloring and raspberry flavor, be sure to taste, but remember the taste gets stronger after a while, so be careful with the flavor.

roll small balls and dip them in dark chocolate, garnish with freeze-dried raspberries.
